Founded in May 2025, Holguín Vie Réelle works to help vulnerable people in the province of Holguín, Cuba, by delivering medical and food donations and organizing initiatives such as community meals and transportation for important population movements.
But we cannot act alone. Thanks to kind-hearted travelers who dedicate part of their suitcase to donations, our team ensures their direct distribution to those who need them most.
For solidarity visits, you will be accompanied in a caring manner by our translators, drivers, guides and collaborators who will help you discover the real Cuban life.
Our mission...
Each of us in Quebec began our journey with " Holguin Real Life" with a vacation trip. A week on the beach, surrounded by palm trees and music. However, the majority of the Cuban people live far from the tourist area, in the countryside or villages. On the farmland live families whose life experiences are different from those we saw on our trips.
We invite you to connect with genuine people. Cuban culture and hospitality will charm you at every encounter, whether sharing a meal, a Cuban coffee, a plate of fruit, or simply taking the time to listen. Each outing becomes an opportunity to demonstrate your solidarity through the distribution of medical, food, or other donations.
